Looking to stay fit or get fit, then this may be for you!
As a person that has been training for over 20 years and at 39 years of age myself, I think there is a different way to do, that can keep you feeling & looking great.
After recently completing my Personal Training Course, I have developed a niche fitness program, for those that want to stay fit & healthy, or just someone that wants to get into shape.
This program will teach you how to stay body balanced and will give you the motivation & guidance required.
So with a lot of hard work & consideration over the last 12 months ‘Fit For 40’ was born.
At ‘Fit For 40’ I will train a specific program based on a 40 minute workout with a mix of Aerobic & Anaerobic exercise that incorporates a 3 way circuit training system, such as Weights, Running & Core.
These classes will only be using minimal weights and body weight exercises to ease into it, so it is a great starting point for those either looking to start or continue their fitness journey.

Why I only run 3/4 days a week -
As a general rule 3/4 sessions a week is great for the brain and body, it gives you enough exercise over a 7 day period, while still allows for rest days & recovery or an extra bit of exercise on your own terms.
Training can be hard both physically & mentally hard, but once you start or keep consistently doing it, it will become more like a lifestyle than a chore, it will be self fulfilling and helps all aspects of your day to day lives.
